Vegan Travel Tip #2

Many people don’t think to do this, but traveling with a few vegan ingredients that you use often can go a long way. Let’s just say you’re in a new city checking out some street food vendors. They have an amazing dish that is almost vegan, except for the fact that they use fish sauce. By bringing along some soy sauce, you can ask them to skip the fish sauce so you can use soy sauce instead. Other great things to carry along with you are vegan creamer (for coffee on the plane), salt, olive oil, and other seasonings. It might even be helpful to bring along supplements such as b12, omega 3, and probiotics.
